Absolutely terrible service! Ordered a present for my wifes birthday, which I ordered 2 weeks in advance to make sure it arrived in time. Firstly, driver could not locate the original delivery address, seen on the tracker he was right next to it! Parcel was then sent back to the depot. I then chose to change the delivery address to a Yodel drop off store to save any confusion! Parcel again went out for delivery (a week after trying to deliver the first time) then was again sent back to depot with an "exception" meaning the driver either came into trouble with his van or they had pulled him back to the depot! Finally the parcel was delivered, 4 days after my wifes birthday, meaning i took them over 2 weeks to actually deliver! There is absolutely no way of speaking to a human to solve any problems. Had to call the sender and they even said that they have to go through a special process to talk to them, and still would take 48 hours for a response! Absolute joke of a company! Will avoid ordering anything that use Yodel as their courier!

Awful company. Refuse to leave in a safe place one week on a recurring order and then do the next week. Website broken App broken Live chat works when they want to. Dreadful performance from Yodel.

No attempt to deliver item. Held parcel, tracking advice states to collect from depot on a specific date. Travelled to the depot to collect and was told the item was sent back to the seller

Absolutely worst delivery company out there, so many delivery’s never turn up as you’re supposedly ‘not in’ when they don’t even bother to attempt to deliver. If I could leave 0 stars I would, will be collecting my parcel from their depot as I’m not wasting my days waiting for a parcel that will never turn up.
