Never thought I'd find a more incompetent and negligent service than Hermes yet here we are! Fabulous. The entire system was purposefully built to be difficult to navigate and get any assistance. Just utter and complete garbage. Drivers that don't deliver and don't leave a note. Customer services representatives that are utterly useless. An overall garbage establishment that should be shut down.

Absolutely the worst delivery company around. Misinformation, delays, clueless customer support team who just blame the sender for everything. Most recently, parcel 1 stuck on 'waiting to be picked up' for 3 days. Customer 'support' had no clue, just said 'we don't have it, contact the sender'. When the tracking eventually updated, it showed that they had it before I asked. Parcel 2 should be out for delivery today; tracking Yodel fed to eBay @ 10am showed it 'being loaded' at 6am; Yodel's own tracking showed 'incomplete' - WTH is that? Customer support say it's being returned to sender, contact the sender for info! If it weren't too late now to get there before it closes, I'd go over to the depot and have a few choice words.
