All fitted in about 3 Months ago, great job and lovely quality windows. Nb.Rear door started to get hard to open, YO1 came and adjusted it very quickly, the mark of a reliable business.

Had all the upstairs windows replaced in my 1930's semi. The team were fantastic. The job was not easy as the house is rendered and all the plater was old - the team made everything good, patching the render and replastering where necessary. One of the glass panels had been fitted with frosted glass instead of clear which they changed - no problem.

After an almost 7 month ordeal with repeated problems we have finally got our 2 bay windows fitted. We were given a 10 week lead time which came and went and we received no communication until after 12 weeks when we chased them up numerous times ourselves. When we finally got a fitting date we were informed the morning of that we were “a victim of bad luck” and our windows had smashed due to high winds. YO1 quickly reordered and got us a new date sorted. When the new date came, we were informed via email midway through the day that the new windows were the complete wrong size so could not be fitted but our current windows had already been removed and severely cracked in the process. This cracked window was then put back and covered with some sealant and masking tape. Our living room was left a mess and our fridge door was also left open by the fitters. We were given no indication of a further solution until we spoke to a manager in person who then offered a temporary pane of glass, however we had to wait over the weekend for this to be remeasured (again). In the end, our order was remade 10 days later, so we lived with this cracked window for 10 days. We then found out our single glass pane we ordered in August had never actually been ordered. When we got our third fitting date, our windows were finally fitted within 2 days. They look lovely from the outside however the inside of our house was once again left in a state. We had a large number of significant cracks to the plaster on our interior walls and large chunks of the bay window ceiling missing. This damage was very poorly filled using filler and silicon sealant. YO1 offered a fourth visit to rectify this but we refused as we couldn’t face any more dealings with this company and could do a much better job ourselves. Although the windows do look nice from the outside, it has not been worth the constant stress and hassle we have endured and do not feel we can recommend YO1 to anybody.
