It was empty, we were the only ones there for most of the time and you could hear the staff trash talking each other. The food was very average and was not freshly prepared as you were sitting next to the assembly area. The annoying 7.5% service charge that seemed to break the app and payment only worked if you included it. Pretty average all round and overpriced.

Having a service charge added to your bill, when you literally have to order from an app and have 0 interaction with the staff, absolute joke The duck sushi was so dry, it was like eating chalk, it wasn't the cheapest either, it you can afford this place you might as well, walk a bit and go to a proper Japanese place

Went in and ordered food, with the kids eat free deal, was told they’d take the full amount out of my bank and then refund the kids meals, never heard of anything like it but decide to trust them, got home and they had not refunded the money then was told it would take 1/2 hours then was told it would take 24 hours then on the third time of ringing up 3 days later was told it would take 5 working days and was rudely hung up on I wouldn’t of minded but the food was disgusting over priced and cold please anyone avoid this place at all costs Kid-friendliness: Kids thought the food was disgusting and tasteless
