As a fellow coach operator, we had a coach in Canterbury on Saturday evening which developed a fault just as our group of passengers were ready and waiting to be returned to Hertfordshire. After making a few unsuccessful calls to operators looking for assistance in getting the group on the move, I called James at YMS who immediately offered assistance. Not only did he send a replacement coach and driver to our stricken vehicle, he also went to our vehicle himself to see if he could solve the starting issue. With his help, within 30 minutes our coach was up and running and ready to continue the journey with minimal disruption to our passengers! Many thanks to both James and his driver for their help in our hour of need.

(Original) Shuttle Bus vom Cruise Terminal Dover - 28 Euro per Contacless bezahlt, über 29 € wurden abgebucht für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder - der Bus wartet so lange bis er voll ist vom Terminal - das dauerte rund 20 Min. - die Fahrt zum Zentrum dauerte nur 4 Minuten - der Busfahrer gab keinerlei Hinweise - danach fuhr er am Castle vorbei, was wir aber nicht mitbekamen - auf dem Rückweg fuhr er dann wieder zurück zum Schiff - letzter Bus vom Castle 17:00 Uhr und 18:00 Uhr von Zentrum Fazit: viel zu teuer, da man die Strecke in rund 30 Minuten auch hätte laufen können, ein Taxi kostet rund 10 € ins Zentrum und es fährt dann, wenn man fahren will.

We hired a mini bus that took a childrens charity for disabled children and there carers, for a day out (in the poiring rain) 😂 to Quex park Christmas theme Elf Express. We can't thank YMS travels enough for this opertunity for our family’s to experience this day. And To Jason our Driver, legend of a man absolutely lovely and caring. And who sorted our mini bus out for the Charity. Thank you very much for all you did and To YMS for allowing this to happen. Highly recommend YMS TRAVELS. Nothing is to big or small for them to deal with, to accommodate the disabled is brilliant! Iv not seen this on other buses. If you or a party need hire this is you're place to go!..... We had a minibus to travel to Brick Lane Music Hall with a group of older people, Jason our driver was great, helpful with getting on and off coach, had it lovely and warm when first got on. Then on the way home had water, chocolates and mince pies for us as a treat! Had been an accident in the Blackwall tunnel so we had a ferry ride to save us an hour and half delay, so thankful he had checked out the journey details so we could take this diversion. Lovely clean minibus. Thank you

Brilliant experience from beginning to end. Lovely bus, picked us all up from various points en route arriving at our location with plenty of time to spare, messages sent throughout the evening to let us know where he would be parked and what time he would arrive to collect us and then another message to let us know he was there. Jason our driver was lovely and looked after us all very well! Nice touch with a tub of chocolates for us all too! 😃
