    Poor service terrible managers with no care no hot water for days and no one to talk to this place is infested with cockroaches and the staff do nothing about it. The heating is on whilst it is boiling outside but the hot water don’t work this place has no staff control and should be looked into by the government properly YMCA are providing a poor disgraceful service they should be ashamed of themselves

    The staff member Kisha King as a poor example of why you should avoid this place. I don't understand why someone with such a bad attitude and little to no experience in actually knowing how to be good at being poilite should work there. A complete and utter waste of money being spent on such a negative staff member. I strongly advise people to avoid entering the building if Kisha is on shift.
