This woman is an unsympathetic and unprofessional practitioner. The aftercare is disgusting and she left me feeling more unwell. She is a cowboy do not go to her because of the google reviews! Please seek an acupuncturist who is well recommended by the British Accupuncture Association. ***update*** In reply to the utter nonsense response below, which she is desperately trying to cover her unprofessional behaviour! This is not slander but the truth! I have bank account proof of transaction from paying this woman!! I was a patient the first and very last time!! I have also have proof from the many texts messages from Lucy the lady who runs the so called “business”! I sent many requesting that my treatment made my symptoms of worse. My husband even accompanied me to talk to her face to face and she ushered us rudely out of the shop, not even accepting to speak! I do not take these reviews lightly and would not recommend this service. She is so abrupt and disrespectful. She did not follow up aftercare properly and has a very awful bedside manner! I suffered for many months afterwards and had to seek help elsewhere to correct what she had done! Also on a side note! The clinic she practices in is unhygienic and dilapidated, this is where she uses needles! I would not recommend! She is a cowboy, only cares about making money, which she is quick to take from you!! Please seek a professional from the British Accupuncture Association, do not make the same mistake and don’t waste your money or jeopardise your health.***

I will like to say this chinese herbal treatment is outstanding! my partner had a very serious menstrual irregularity and after a month of treatment in Yi Kang Tang Chinese clinic her menstruation returned to normal. After continuing acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatment for 3 months. My partner became pregnant. Now we have a healthy son who is 8 months old. I would highly recommend Dr Lucys treatment as it was outstanding!
