Fantastic customer experience. I needed a stop ring for a verticle blind which couldn't be sourced from the seller or regular blind parts websites. Dealing with Yewdale on a continual basis is an absolute pleasure. The customer service shown to me and all the staff at A.F.T is second to none. They are the ultimate professionals but they deal with everything in such a friendly manner. On several occasions we have put them under a lot of pressure due to our own inefficiencies and they have always delivered. All of their products whether it be made to measure or components and fabrics are of the highest quality and arrive to our factory in a manner that shows their care and attention to the smaller details.
