I rate the post office staff as well deserving of 5 stars. I was in there earlier and had many things to do, including photocopying a lot of papers. The lady kindly helped me, and stapled everything together for me as she could see I was struggling and in pain. She went out of her way to be kind, and that was much appreciated.

Appalling service at this post office. Attitudes of staff are all wrong, not helpful at all and would rather you didn't come in. They try to make things as difficult for you as possible. Made a complete sh show of my parcel, didn't scan it at all, kept telling me it wasn't there even though it had been confirmed by royal mail and then wouldn't accept ID. Just choose another post office, guaranteed to get better service elsewhere.
