Trying to get a prescription on time is like drawing blood from a stone. Trying to get through on the phones is near impossible. The other GPS surgeries you can get through near immediately. It's actually quite disgusting the way this surgery is run. It's a shame as a few of the doctors and receptionists are professional with their work. I've seen numerous amounts of patients having this exact same issue too.

Total disappointment with the 2 receptionists, completely unprofessional, they do everything to make sure you don't have a decent service or even make a point of being support for people looking for service. They are not doing any favors for patients, the obligation is to treat everyone with respect and not treat people like they have done. In addition to leaving my review here, I will also make a formal complaint so that the type of treatment people receive when seeking care is closely monitored by superiors.

Yew Tree please support your young receptionists with training to deal with patients!!! Young receptionists there are terrible speaking with patients, they lack skills and quality to work with the public. As a psychologist I understand how to treat patients. I can surely say that they lack the minimal qualities. At least one of them the blond middle age woman was very understanding and polite (big thanks for her). I have never used the services in there yet but I had a little sample of how it is going to be. I wish I didn’t need to use…
