We have a 30-day return policy for damaged or unhealthy bonsai plants. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the plant and provide photos of the damage. The cafe restaurant is the best in a wide area, nothing within miles like it. Good range of usual produce for a garden centre but with some lovely gifts. Nice and calm, no hustle bustling and the standard of the food is good.

I really hate to leave this review especially with all of the good ones. However, my visit to the cafe was not quite like the others described. Not only could we hear the chefs shouting from the kitchen which left me and my autistic daughter feeling very uncomfortable but also the waitress who brought us our food had her hands in my daughters beans which made her refuse to eat it because it’s very unhygienic. However, the food did taste very good.
