Very bad. The customer service from here is shocking. Prices are outrages. Then the advisor got really funny and defensive when the phone was faulty. A day later. They dont take it back. They dont care about consumer rights. After receiving a reply from the managers. They said my son scratched the phone and I came in a few days later. I dont have any children. The phone was faulty and they told me to get lost. They dont have no customer service skills whatsoever. The phone wasn't scratched. It was exactly the same condition I received it from the shop

Bought full ink set for my HP officejet pro 8600, when I fitted the new cartridges the printer didn't print correctly, I called the shop and they offered to take a look at it, they had the printer a couple of days but its never worked correctly since. I have now bought new HP cartridges and printer worked fine.
