I would not recommend this company to deal with. I enquired about a car with them in October last year, and the only reason i chose them was the advert said cars where available for delivery in January which fitted, it is now May and still no car, with a proposed delivery of June, so nearly six months late. The advert stated January availability, this was also confirmed in messages exchanged with them. Now, as I have to arrnage another car, i am being forced to pay £500+VAT cancellation fee. Yes it is part of their T&Cs but this was effectively false advertising in my view as if the advert and subsequent messages never mentioned a January delivery i would not have chosen them in the first place. Avoid unless you can get a guareenteed delivery date, as it is costly if you change your mind or there are any delays that are apprently outside of their control.

I never write reviews, but feel compelled to here. I ordered a Nissan Leaf in February 2022. The car was delayed considerably from the supplier through absolutely no fault of Yes Lease. They were outstanding in keeping me updated every step of the way and responding quickly to my many, many queries. I cannot fault the service and attentiveness I have received and indeed it has surpassed my expectations (which are already set high). An absolutely outstanding company to deal with and if you are considering leasing - I highly recommend Yes Lease. I mainly dealt with Becky, however other members of staff often got involved helping me too. An amazing team. Well done to you all. I am delighted with my vehicle and my deal. In three years’ time when my lease is finished I will be coming back to you guys.
