I went to see Ade with my daughters laptop which had been completely wiped of everything! My daughter who is disabled was devastated as this laptop is her world and I was in desperate need of some help to recover some data from the old drive and to reinstall her games. He was so caring and attentive and communicated so regularly about where we were at with recovering her progress. He showed understanding of how important this was to my daughter and did everything in his power, going above and beyond to get it back to as close as it was before as he could. He even asked his own daughter to have a look at certain issues as she knows more about The Sims 4 than he does! The service was quick and my daughter and I could not be happier. I am so so thankful to him and I would highly recommend them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Gemma Gibson x
