    Took my money and hadn't sent me confirmation or any idea of when the products would be received. I called on many occasions and no answer. No responses to emails. Once I got through to them they said I was lying, even though I had proof of contact. I then got told that the payment was only made today, my bank confirms it was made 4 days ago. Sales person and then person on the phone very rude. Don't use! Response I didn't get sent an order number. Checked junk mail and inbox, nothing, but the payment was taken! Messages were left on the phone. I also spoke to someone on Monday who confirmed that the payment was made on Thursday and not picked up until Monday.

    These people don't provide full refund. They deduct big percentage like 30-40% from unsed/unopened items. AVOID AVOID AVOID Update:-Check my chat and emails sent to Kieran..i ordered the cartridge and want to return to for full refund but advised i'll no longer receive full refund..i pay the postage to send the item back and then chase twice and got refund after huge reduction... THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW.. I WARNED OTHYER CUSTOMER THAT IF YOU GOING TO RETURN THE ITEM THEN ITS YOU'LL END UP LOSSING TOO MUCH MONEY.. I REVIEW THE BUSSINESS ACCORDING TO THEIR ACTS AND I GAVE MAX 5* TO MAX BUSSINESS BUT YOU GUYS DESERVE 0

    Never make a mistake to buy this., they are a rip off. Bought my ink cartridge through google.. When it came, it was the wrong one, tried calling, e-mail.. to no avail.. You will waste your money, bad or no customer care at all.. Advice not to buy. Get it through curry's or other shops.
