Took my daughter here was told to get there at 6:15pm thinking we would of been seen quickly didn't see a doctor till 10:30pm sat in a room with other people coughing and spreading there germs disgusting hospital avoid they also don’t offer food or drinks but there happily sat down drinking tea. Just leaving YDH after having a hysterectomy. I was in overnight. I cannot fault the staff who explained everything and answered questions as I was nervous. All the staff were professional and kind. And the food was edible!!!

Would be higher if not for food. Most staff are excellent. some need to understand we are customers. Ward 6a excellent. Transfered to Kingston, on the whole v good. The HCA's are really good and work hard.

On a day that was pretty scary, there was alot of added stress. It took me 3 attempts to find the right hospital, then sent to 2 receptions and 1 wrong waiting room. Then 3 attempts to find the right pharmacy, 2 attempts buying my prescription only to find out its CARD ONLY ... I gave up.

Top-notch.. high quality hospital in my opinion and first hand experience.. very well organised and runs smoothly.. not kept waiting very long at all. I had a broken wrist and 3 appointments . I can not fault this hospital at all , thank you all very much For attended to me.
