Emailed James for a quote for some shelving and a custom bathroom cabinet - had to chase a couple of times only to be told nearly 2 weeks later that the job is too small. The 1 star rating is not because the job is too small for them, but more for wasting my time waiting for their quote and chasing them when they could have realised this within 5 minutes.
