Be Warned! we used this companies services and decided to switch to a family friend who also had an IT company. As soon as we announced this we were hassled by the company via telephone and email. The company added double code authentication to our Office 365 subscription without prior agreement from us, so that we did not have access. And allowed our subscription to expire paralysing our emails and deleted the access codes under the guise of complying with GDPR regulations. We contacted Microsoft. They stated that Yellowspring are a Microsoft gold client, they were concerned that Yellowspring deliberately sabotaged our subscription, which is against Microsoft policy. Microsoft are investigating and are now working on our behalf to recover our emails and data. To sum up: A great company while you are of financial interest to them, the minute you are not, they will agressively seek to make life as difficult as possible. Avoid like the Plague.
