Absolutely rubbish, I referred my son 3 times over the past 3-4 years and it wasn't until I sent them proof of the first 2 referrals they bumped him right up to the top of the waiting list. He finally got allocated someone from ISVA support who said she can support him long term, but then a week later after she done talking to other professionals about his past behaviours did a complete U-turn saying she can't support him but will be our advocate. She basically done referrals to companies that our family engagement worker had already done with no success. She put everything down to his behaviour which isn't a problem and hasn't been a problem for a few years now (talk about not listening). She didn't even want to give him the chance he deserves. Our family engagement worker closed our file yesterday as they can only be involved a certain amount of time and she was going to pass it onto this lady at yellow door who emailed me the day before the last meeting saying she closing my sons file. We are back to square one, no support and nothing achieved. Waste of time, energy and has caused unnecessary stress
