Didn’t use this taxi service, but drove in-front of one their cars for 30 minutes as the driver sat on their phone the whole time. Very dangerous as they kept swerving all over the road and nearly hit us multiple times. Called the company to make a complaint about the dangerous driving but they didn’t seem to care, wouldn’t trust this company to drive me anywhere.

Unreliable in todays dangerous climate of night taxis. A bit of back story to my booking. I made a online booking first, 2 days before the day needed and checked on the day it was still okay to which I was told there was no booking. I then asked to book again but was told to ring back back after shift change. When my taxi finally turned up at 1:00 am 20 mins late I was not given a apology only a greeting of " how are you gunna pay". Please do not give company's like this your hard earned money.

They’ve been awful!! I’ve had to use the service to get me to and from my home to university. They’ve made me miss my lectures due to them being late, I’ve had to wait over an hour and a half to be picked up from university, they’ve VERY rarely turned up on time! It’s ridiculous. As someone with health problems, the stress and anxiety they cause by not turning up on time causes me horrid flares! The office workers can be pretty rude at times too. If you cannot accommodate to someone’s needs, don’t go ahead a book them in!!! It’s as simple as that. From the reviews that I’ve now seen, this seems to be a common issue with them! It’s ridiculous.

Travelling from mid Suffolk to Reading at 7 months pregnant I wanted to minimise the stress of travel so pre-booked taxis from the train station to the venue in both directions. Despite 2 calls to the office, the first taxi did not arrive. After 20 minutes, I jumped in a black cab. Return journey... taxi didn't show. Called the office and was told someone would call back. I waited as long as possible with time running down before my train. No call. I called again (now 20 minutes late) just as my driver drove passed me. As I got in I was told "cash only"... I did not have cash and was already doubting whether I would make my train so no time to stop at an ATM. I had to call the office AGAIN and reluctantly give my details by phone. Do not recommend - rather than easing stress, this made my experience MORE stressful.
