After a 6 hour drive up north we stopped for dinner here. It was excellent, really tasty food with lots of choice. We were seated straight away and our server Dan was great went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Interacted well with the kids and appeared to give the same service to other customers around us. Kid-friendliness: Good choice of food for children and child friendly

Very mediocre food.... Was with a group of people and I had pre-ordered a starter and mains. On arriving I got the mains first and when the starter arrived some many minutes later it was luck warm and the bread was swimming and soaked in butter...might as well have put a spoon of butter in my mouth... People giving the food 5 star...is a joke.

Booked for breakfast at 8:15am and when we drove there and went in it was empty. they said they had no chef until around 9:30am so breakfast couldn't be served any hot food. Very disappointed.

Sat down to a reservation at 6, part of staying in the premier inn. Waited about 20 mins after getting drinks to order. Chicken goujons were nice, would have liked a couple more as a starter. Then the main food.... Not only did it take 45 minutes to arrive in a not busy restaurant, the fish was cold around the outside, the burger was barely warm. Chips tasted as if they had been sat on the side for 20 mins, and some were hard. Very disappointed, will be going across the road to the fish n chips shop if we ever come here again.
