Real old boozer, where they really did inspect the first pint offf a changed barrel! Quant little place that probably gets 'rammed' at busiest times. I just got a pint of Pride and it was fine.

Don't be fooled by the "Est 1546". This pub was built in 1772, and is indeed a lovely old pub. The interior is classic 1920s and very cosy. As a pub should be.
