Shocking service. Didn't deliver on the rearranged date. The person I spoke to had no customer service skills whatsoever and lied. Then told me my parcel was damaged but refused to give further information. No response to e mails sent. Appalling. Avoid!!!

i consider myself to be a polite kind person the first parcel was a glass mirror it arrived broken this is not an issue accidents happen i order it again it arrived i kindly politely asked the currier to be gentle as it is a mirror i was polite calm & respectful he verbally abused me became very hostile and left me feeling intimidated i never like to give bad reviews i prefer to give compliments however his attitude was aggressive my husband has insisted that i leave a review this chap obviously dislikes his job he also parked outside my home for quite a while i felt uncomfortable and to be very honest scared i tried to call your company no response
