Awful. My laptop is severely more broken now than when I gave it to them. I never write reviews but stay away from these people. Even if they are offering you a cheaper service than other places GO ELSEWHERE. I cannot stress enough, GO ELSEWHERE! I’ve just seen that they have replied to this comment that I’m not a genuine customer and I’m a competitor, which is not true. LOL
