    Hairdresser is always lovely but the reason why I jave given only 3 stars is because I feel being charged nearly £100 for a root touch up is appalling. I got charge that amount for a full head colour the last time I came in, why does it cost the same amount this time for just roots!!! I didn't say anything when paying as I was in shock and I didn't want to cause a confrontation infront of other customers. The least you can do is warn customers of how much it will ACTUALLY cost as it doesn't seem to be the same as your price list at the desk. Service: Hair coloring

    After my long-time barber retired, I was keen to find a worthy successor. I chanced upon Yazz, visited without an appointment, and was seen by Joseph. I was much impressed with his friendly approach, the fact that he listened carefully to what I wanted, and that he offered useful advice. He took time over the cut and styling and I was (and am) very pleased with the result. Well done Joseph! (And fortunately no need for me to continue my search for a first-rate barber.)     I meant to write a review after my first haircut with Stacey (apologies if it’s spelled Stacy) but was pregnant and baby brain. I was so very pleased with it and now after my second I’m still so happy - she is so talented and consistent. She listened to what I hoped for and she modified to how it would look good and achieved exactly the haircut I wanted. It also had grown out really nicely after the first cut she gave me and didn’t feel the need to put it up as I normally do before a next haircut as the appt got closer! So great thank you so much!!

    I had my hair cut back in July here and sent a complaint via email at the time and never heard anything back. But this has been the worst experience at a hairdressers I've ever had. First off there was no customer service. I found both Stacey who did my consultation and Melissa who cut my hair to be rude and judgemental to how I look after my hair. I was also basically ignored for all my 3 hours there. I've never experienced this at a hair appointment as although a skilled job, it does also require politeness and a welcoming environment. I was also paying the very expensive price of £130 for my hair cut, £20 more expensive than competition nearby. I would have given it another star as originally it looked like Melissa did a good job on my hair and had it done quite quickly, only I've now come to discover my hair is really damaged from what I can assuming is over bleaching under the coloured dye as I've never had my hair in this bad condition. I recommend you go to the Hair Lounge in Shipley instead as theres a much better service there.
