    Got an Uber from Acocks green to Yates Solihull as we were told great things about it. Website and Google maps say open till 2:30am we arrived at 12:15 and the whole place was shut and in darkness. Waste of a trip

    Breakfast was awful , mostly all burnt , eggs slimy and half cooked, staff really need to learn to smile , grumpy and sullen, should have spoken to my son before I went as he advised a similar experience , plenty of good places to eat in Solihull with pleasant staff so surprised they are still in business, I certainly won't be going again

    Breakfast inedible, snotty eggs, sausages burnt one side raw on the other , bacon and toast both burnt , my partner had chicken cheese melt which she said was like chewing leather , will not be wasting money there again , plus staff attitude would make me suggest that they do not work in the service industry if they cannot at least pretend to be pleasant to customers 🤮
