Have to agree, the Guy is very helpful but the lady in the post office (Indian lady) always comes across very rude and its "inconvenient to serve you" attitude. It's the gentleman in the shop who is responsible for my 3 star rating - if it was just him working there an easy 5, also the lady who works on the front desk........she is super helpful
