My mum took her car to Yateley MOT for a service last year, she was advised on the service she would need her tyres changed as it would fail the MOT. She didn’t have them done at the time due to costs and took her car here for an MOT a few weeks ago. She saved for the last 6 months to pay for the tyres expecting the car to fail, the car passed with no advisories…even though previously advised that she needed them done. Would have been a waste of money for her! Won’t be using again.

So we took our car in for a service and they tried to charge us for an MOT as well as a service. They then had a large amount of things wrong with the car and said that they would sort these today for us as we needed the car back. They then did none of the jobs required and we had to call them 20 minutes before they closed or they would have just forgotten about the job. We then took to another garage and it turned out that none of the things that they said needed doing actually was required. Total scam artists nowadays, used to be a very well run garage but will never go back ever

Not my usual but had to book a last minute MOT and Service, and Yateley was the only local garage to have availability. I was advised that I had a nail in my Run Flat Tyre which was in no way repairable and would need replacing ASAP. I ordered and paid for a new tyre through Blackcircles, only to be told by my usual garage on fitting that the nail was in the MOST repairable position and I did not need a new tyre at all. Very disappointed at the dishonesty of Yateley MOT! A £20 Puncture Repair fixed the job, rather than a £200 Tyre they confirmed I needed! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tires
