    I’m so glad I discovered this wonderful yoga class. It’s a small group which gives a unique bespoke experience without being intimidating. The content varies but is always interesting and feels so beneficial physically and mentally. Guy is very patient and encouraging. He has a calm and clear manner to explain moves which is essential when dealing with someone who has trouble with her left and right! I always feel relaxed and rejuvenated after my class.

    I’ve been going to Guy for about 3 years now. It’s an easy class to stick with because of the complete blend of practices he offers; yoga asanas, strength and flexibility, breathwork and meditation. It’s always interesting and he’s skilful at offering different builds into a new or more challenging movement. All of this is offered inside a beautiful studio or outside in spacious calming surrounds of the garden. I thoroughly recommend.

    I first took up yoga with Guy's excellent videos two years ago during lockdown and his clear instructions and patient feedback via e-mail really helped me get through that difficult period. It was great to transition to live classes in his lovely, peaceful garden or in the clean and pleasant studio in his private home and meet other "yogis" in such a pleasant setting. Guy has a relaxed but professional style, encouraging each individual to achieve their potential whilst injecting an element of humour to keep us all entertained. His lessons are varied and interesting and I have definitely benefited from his mantra "smile, breath and go slowly"! I am most definitely hooked, thank you Guy!

The classes are small, so he can give everyone individual attention and adapts the poses to your abilities. The lessons are varied and he keeps them interesting – every week I look forward to finding out what he has prepared to challenge us. At the end of the class I always leave feeling wonderful, relaxed and invigorated. I couldn’t recommend Guy’s classes enough, they are fantastic!
