i fully supported the drivers industrial action but that will teach me a lesson, i waited nearly an hour for a number 27 on the 28th march and when one did turn up there was no relief driver so we were thrown off the bus in the pouring rain, your service is a shambles and your users treated disgracefully

The 76 bus is absolutely ridiculous!!! How can a bus that serves hospital's just not turn up? The app shows it's on it's way however just goes off then show's the next time. I have been late at the QE in the morning's and waited for one in the evening and two have been missing !!! A very poor service also the app is pathetic!!!
