My son was at Yardley Court and had a fantastic time. We moved from Hong Kong and the school helped him slot in brilliantly. The sports and facilities are amazing and the staff were really enthusiastic. He subsequently went to the Judd School in year 7. I would highly recommend this school to everyone looking for a school for their son.

While this school did help turn in to the man I am today, it is precisely for this reason that it is a place I would not recommend sending your child, until a substantial reorganisation takes place within its management. Having been a pupil at the school, I saw first hand the problems that the school faces, blatant favouritism from the head teacher, which itself allowed the bullying of other pupils to take place, also spectacular lying, the very same favouritist head claimed once in 2007 that no bullying took place in the school, this was a complete untruth as I was being bullied, something that helped give me a huge low in my self esteem. However there are some good things in the school, as there is always a silver lining in a cloud, and the shot can contain something good. There were incredibly supportive teachers, people who would always go the extra mile to ensure the welfare of a pupil and to help them full fill their potential, along with this there were kind and very nice people who tried to be nice. Overall there are serious problems with the senior management who will turn a blind eye if it suits them but don't let that ruin the fact that beneath them there are people who care and will continue to strive for the best for your child.
