We have a venerable White Knight gas tumble dryer which had stopped "tumbling" and is now discontinued with the demise of this manufacturer. YAPP engineer immediately diagnosed the problem, promptly attended and we have our machine in full working order again. I also mentioned a cooker extractor in our fitted kitchen which had never been effective since installation. YAPP identified an alternative product, competed on price and this is now installed and so much better. Very detailed, confident and courteous attention - top business.
