So I just seen the reviews about what a couple of people has put and today I agree. I been going to the store for a few years now and today I have never felt so unwelcome. Bring back the old staff. That blond woman made me feel so unwelcome and made me feel I shouldn’t be there. and I don’t think I will buy there again. Before that every time I’ve been in there the staff has been smiley and chatty. Such a shame. Im sure I will get a response in defending her. And that it was me.

I went in the other day without a mask, i am exempt due to being diagnosed with OCD and anxiety, the owner whos name i believe is val approched me and told me I need to be wearing a mask, i explained my situation and she demanded proof, I have never been asked for proof and was made to feel like a criminal, in other stores I explain and they accept, not Val! I was told I needed to leave the store because I will make her staff sick!!!!! Never in my life have I been made to feel so small and embarrassed, I used to spend a fair bit in there because I dont like going to the west Quay store due to the amount of people there but I will never shop here again! I also wonder if I was an older customer if i would have been treated with the same disrespect! Shocking, will also be contacting yankee about their behaviours.
