Highly recommend! The sweaty workouts and self defence sessions have paid off, I lost weight and I never felt better. After injuring my legs 10 years ago, I had to go through a few painful surgeries and completely quit sport. Sensai Toni, Paul and Carmelo really helped me gain my confidence back. Great environment for kids too.

I have joined the club since 2012 now and can definitely recommend the club to any child or adult who want to learn martial as a way of life and for self defense. The club is run by a very experience sensei, Sensei Tony, very family friendly and the session is fun and relax.
