I went there for an emergency wax this afternoon, it was a very pretty venue and the staff were super accommodating. However, after I'd left, I noticed that they had left some small patches of hair and wax residue on my legs. However, the service is fairly cheap and the patches are barely noticeable unless you were staring intently! This place worked for me and my standards but it may not be for everyone. All in all, good and friendly service but it may not be for everyone! Service: Brazilian waxing

It's very convenient being in the Centre of Ocean City and reasonably priced. The only downside are the cubicles are not sound proofed so you can hear conversations in other cubicles which may not be relaxing if your having face and body treatments. The benches are heated which is nice.

Had my ultimate steam facial with Rose yesterday and I liked the steam and the gel part. Unfortunately I didn’t like the extraction part with the blackheads as it was so painful and I couldn’t stop flinching. I understand that it was part of the treatment but next time please don’t do the blackhead removal. However my face was nice and clean.

Terrible service. There is nothing more unprofessional than untrained staff. The massage therapist couldn’t tell bones from muscles apart. Instead of focusing on muscles, as one is supposed to during a massage, she used knuckles and elbows on the ribcage and spine. I had to ask her to stop and actually show her where the muscles are. She used a ton of oil and when I asked her to remove some, she said she was not going to add anymore, only to add some later 5 times again. Half the time hip hop music was playing in reception which could be heard in the room. Dirty and rusty bed, I could actually see the rust laying down. Negative energy and very impolite therapist. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

The staff are really friendly, the service is good the only thing I can suggest is put something in the massage rooms to cool it down like air conditioning unit, especially in a hot summer day. Courtney is really good and kind.
