The "lunch box" consisted of congealed noodles, semi-cold & over-fried lumps of battered chicken (katsu), cauliflower and prawn. The chilli sauce was thick, lumpy and left a disturbing aftertaste. The bubble tea (some powder hastily whisked in liquid) was awful. Not recommended, you could get a lunchtime deal at Selfridges for the same price with quality ingredients.

I ordered vegan food, speaking out loud and also pointing to the vegan menu, so imagine my shock when I was served duck bao buns. I had already had a bite when I asked my friend to try it and confirm it definitely was not mushroom or aubergine! Disgusting.

I got the veggie gyoza box as it was a set menu so didn't have to make too many decisions. It was make quickly and a reasonably price compared to other food outlets on the high street. The gyozas were lovely but there was not enough sauce/other things once the gyoza were gone and you're left with a lot of dry rice. I found the menus a little confusing as there was a lot going on, almost too much choice. But would definitely go again and try something else.

Amazing service, friendly staff, food was amazing, well presented, the waitress was brilliant the gentleman guiding us to the table, amazing tasting food and considerative managers, one of them saw me use my napkin up to clean my mouth, he replaced it straight away which was so thoughtful and impressed my friend too will be back, hygiene looked excellent too if anyone is concerned see it for yourself.
