I suffer from a chronic disease and Dr. Yadava , Dr. Rashmi , the other doctors, nurses and lovely staff have always been next to me, no exception for years and years. I couldn't wish for a better GP surgery. Very responsive, compassionate and happy to help. I am so Grateful.

I wouldn’t even give it one star. The customer service is appalling, the receptionists are lazy and rude and over complicate the simplest of procedures. They will stress you out and hardly help - better off sitting in a&e for 5 hours for anything than having a GP like this.

Honestly best doctors in Grays, given the current climate alot of doctors you have to call 100 times to get through to someone but rarely with this practice. DR nita and her daughter are fantastic, so was nurse Julia before she left. There is a woman downstairs who is also lovely. Did have an issue with a rude receptionist but I haven't heard from her in ages and there's a young lady doing it who is really nice.

Trying to ring and speak to someone, phone just rings continuously and then goes dead. This has happened over last month, never able to speak to anyone!! Such a bad service. Followed online instructions, ended up having to go through NHS online referral, prescription from doctors with 3 items, 1 tablets and 2 different creams, no guidance on what cream to use!! Cost a fortune in prescription, a simple telephone call or zoom call to discuss illness and prescription would have been greatly appreciated but that would have meant someone answering the bloody phone.

Have continously tried calling on mornings to get an appointment to speak with the dr but the lines are continously engaged, got through a couple of times for them to cut me off! Theres nothing more frustrating than not been able to contact your doctprs when ill. Its bad enough they dont see you but now its even a struggle to speak to them! Completed e-consult forms to be just prescribed pills without even been looked at or spoken to! Its ridiculous.

Dr Yadava is brill, but newish nurse was rude, no privacy at all, i don't want to have a smear anymore after having it done with the nurse, she just expected me to get undressed with no privacy given and made me lay there undressed while she did "paperwork" I said I didn't feel comfortable and she tutted and done her job. I've been here for years and nurse Shelly is great the receptionist is so rude especially old lady with long gray hair. Moving doctors now shame ☹️
