It's our first charter and Kate has been incredibly helpful and patient with us every step of the way including after we booked. Sales 10/10 - Not pushy at all (and we dragged our heals for sure) Price 10/10 - possibly the best we found one the web. There are always lots of optional extras but thats the same everywhere. Customer Service 10/10 - Very prompt and helpful (Even answering out of hours sometimes!)
