AVOID!!! Made a booking for IPAF training through the website, paid in full and received booking confirmation. A few days before the course delivery date I received a call from a RUDE woman at XYZ training advising I should pay an extra £50 + vat or they will be cancelling my booking. When I challenged this I was fobbed off and told If I was unhappy its simply my opinion. Likely they didn't have enough people booked on my date and looked to force me off the course to limit their own loss. Seems to be a regular occurrence reading through the reviews. Massively unprofessional business!

Disgusted with XYZ Training Group's level of service and professionalism. We attempted to send 2 of our engineers on the IOSH Managing Safely course on 3 occasions and despite receiving email confirmations, joining instructions and multiple promises that everything was going ahead, each time XYZ then proceeded to cancel with less than 24 business hours notice stating 'lack of numbers'. On the last occasion, in the 45 minutes between confirming the course was going ahead and then calling to cancel, they advised they had received 5 cancellations and therefore couldn't go ahead with the course. This sounded completely bogus, and I do question why they continued to advertise this course even after this cancellation. In total, 15 lost engineer's days. XYZ appear to be selling courses that don't exist or have limited ability to deliver. Do not use.
