I can't recommend consigning designer items with Xupes. Their customer service is unresponsive and unprofessional, and they keep your money for a month longer than advertised. Steer clear.

I cannot possibly speak highly enough of the customer service I received from this company; first from the lovely Lizzie and then Fiona whilst Lizzie was on holiday. They assisted me in buying the most spectacular vintage Chanel bag, which I absolutely ADORE and is now one of the favourites in my collection. It was a big purchase, so it was so reassuring to have all my questions answered and I felt comfortable buying knowing that the company does have a great return policy (which is a luxury that you don’t often get when using sites like Vestiaire). Lizzie kindly reserved the bag for me until I was 100% ready to buy it and then Fiona assisted me afterwards. The communication from this company was outstanding - they reply swiftly over email and even liaise with you via what’s app!! I’m a bit of a collector of luxury goods and I will now try to buy EVERYTHING from this site! Highly, highly recommend!!!! Thank you again girls!!! Xxx

Purchased an IWC online from them in Jul 2022. The watch was pre-owned and listed as including the box and original packaging. Upon receival of the watch i noticed that the IWC bracelet link tools where missing and emailed the contact who sold me the watch (Amer Peters) to inquire if they perhaps still had them somewhere. I received zero response. Since then I have emailed both Amer and the Xupes general inquiries email adress and sent a whatsapp text (seen, and ignored) asking for a response and have been fully ignored across the board. The missing bracelet link tool is not even a big deal and im not that fussed, however the complete lack of response or aftercare over the the last 3 weeks that I have been trying to get a response is both disconcerting and unprofessional. Hopefully I will have no future issues or other reason to contact Xupes again as the level of aftercare once they have taken your money is simply shocking.
