I had very damaged hair from my previous Hairdressing experience and was getting reluctant to try another hairdresser until my friend recommended Xpressions Hair and Beauty. I rang up and spoke to the receptionist who was very accommodating giving me a convenient appointment at short notice. From the time I walked in to the time I left I was treated like I was Royality and was given the best advice to salvage my hair and at the same time had half head Highlites and a restyle that I am very pleased with. Not only did I end up having my hair done but also pampered myself with a facial. While I was at the salon I even met the salon owner who was extremely friendly and was the receptionist that I spoke to initially. All in all I am extremely happy to find this gem of a place where you have pleasant ambience, excellent prices to match the quality of work provided. 5 stars all the way

Pls don’t go to this place they have ruined my hair awful owner who doesn’t care for customer that are not happy I went for balayage hair cut they literally ruined my hair 4 times hair Color was put in to correct my Color still didn’t fix my hair Color looks awful on me hair cut they cut too much length was there for almost 6hrs no food only coffee was provided till I felt sick n one staff went to buy me sandwich and drink owner at no point cared about my hair n my situation I have never been to a Place like this in my life owner is not willing to listen instead is defensive at no point was shown she cared about customers instead blaming that it’s due to using box Color when I called back to give my disappointment she said I can offer you free facial I advised her that i have lost trust in her salon and would not want to damage my skin hair can grow but skin damage could be for life she said fine and was still being defensive and not showing she cared at anytime I m so upset the way the whole experience with their salon went and for them to damage my hair and not providing proper balayage the lady who did my hair Rachel was nice but she told me she felt under pressure by her boss as she has given her 4hrs to do my hair she felt rushed my complaint is not about Rachel is about the owner things can go wrong it’s all about service recovery and how you look after your customers. very sad and disappointing experience Once again complain is not about Simmi or Rachel is about the owner who didn’t make correct arrangements and Rachel felt under pressure To all Asian or anyone with long hair wanting balayage this is definitely not the place.
