Faye visits a care home I work at in Knowle. It was great to find Faye and bring her to us! 😀 The residents really engage and love her visits. Faye is very enthusiastic with what she does and always has time for the residents and enjoys getting everyone involved! My experience attending Xpress-Yourself Dance classes is simply amazing. It's a fun hour, dancing, gentle exercise and socialising. I look forward to my weekly classes sometimes attend three! There is a choice of classes, venue, day and times so you can't miss out. Tea parties too. It's just "fabulous" 10 out of 10. X

I’m so pleased I heard about “Keep Dancing” and was encouraged to attend. I have several health issues and had never danced before but the class was so friendly and Faye is so encouraging I love it and look forward to it all week. I feel it’s a great physical and mental exercise but also so much fun, it really lifts my mood.

Wonderful classes. Very personable staff who really cater to the needs of participants. Extremely adaptable in there approach, happy to deliver virtual dance classes with a smile and a laugh. Very knowledgeable, during Tea dance sessions we have covered at least 4 dances in an hour! Fab

Faye is an excellent teacher, she breaks down routines so you can easily follow, even if you haven't danced before. The classes are always good fun and the time goes fast! I would highly recommend.
