  Excellent fireworks, however the traffic is a horror show. Took nearly 3 hours to get out... due to thousands of cars all given same exit. Totally unacceptable.

  We bought tickets for the Abingdon Bonfire and Fireworks event on 13/11/21 - the event was an absolute shambles and seemed to lack any kind of organisation. Despite leaving in plenty of time to make the (normally) 15 minute journey, it took over 3 hours to get there. This seemed to affect the majority of visitors who sat in endless queues and received no apology or explanation. I emailed requesting a refund as we had in fact been unable to attend the event, with the firework display starting before we were able to park. I never received a response.

  Horrendous experience trying to attend Henley Firework Display. We have just moved to the area and were told great things about the Henley fireworks. We'd been looking forward to it for weeks, only to find ourselves in stand still traffic for 2hours just trying to reach the gate. I did get a comprehensive email response to my complaint and request for refund, as we literally couldn't make it due to traffic. Turns out they allowed 4,000 non-bookers in, hence the traffic. And basically told they can't afford refunds - despite raking in 4,000 extra tickets. What makes the whole thing worse is the very poor communication, planning and decision making. Whole thing could have been avoided if they put a notice on the website saying 'no on the gate admission will be allowed', or set up a different gate for on the gate sales, or even just put a post on social media to say what was happening.

  Attended the show at Abingdon. No marshalls were present assisting drivers exiting the airfield and no enforcement to control the two lane policy, people were queue skipping vehicles at high speed . Cut up at least 5 times whilst we had two children in the back of the car. Lack of toilets with 15/20 min queues. Took two hours to leave the car park due to the poor organisation.

  We attended the Abingdon fireworks display. The event was poorly organised and quite frankly dangerous. As soon as we entered Abingdon the traffic was a a standstill, we moved less the 20 car lengths in an hour. Eventually we abandon our cars and decided to walk the rest of the way, which turned out to be over 3 mile. once on the event grounds there was no lighting for pedestrians, a clear lack of any security or martials. Frustrated and impatient drivers were in no mood to be courteous to pedestrians. We were traveling with you children and push chairs that wouldn't fit between parked cars. eventually we got to the event perimeter. We couldn't find the official entrance, but it didn't matter as the perimeter fence was wrenched open for anyone to enter anyway. In the event there was no crowd control given what I would say was an unsafe number of people in a confined area. It was about a 40 minuet wait for the toilets and the fire works started over an hour late. Leaving the event was even worse. Initially the race for everyone to get out had cars driving just inches from us at 50mp .cars were then driving 8/9 abreast with a constant fanfare of car horns and as pedestrians were forced on to the grass verge. The event was all about the company making maximum buck for as little outlay as possible.

  Terrible Company - Terrible Event - Market Harborough Festival of Light. Total shambles!! No traffic management, awful parking 'control', hardly any of the features advertised and what was there was amateur and pathetic (three identical parachute displays with commentary from someone who sounded like she was watching for the first time, light display that would be poor at a local school disco, inadequate food and not as described etc etc). After taking two hours to get in (and we were early) we had to leave early just to ensure we didn't take three hours getting out. So much more that was bad........just don't go to one of their money grabbing events. Waste of money and we should all be refunded.

  Very rude on the phone when talking about postponed events. The guy that answered the phone hung up and was very very rude! Avoid this company!
