Truely recommend buying a refurblished bike from XO, don't judge on the used appearance of the bike, one we bought is well built and with quality parts. It rides like new. The experienced staffs are really helpful and patience helping my son to choose. Best of all, it is run by a charity and profit would contribute back to the community. Win win..

Great bikes, great choice, great price, great people! The road bike I bought yesterday was first class - finely reconditioned, with many new parts, precise gearing, solid brakes, smooth steering, feels totally reliable. The staff went out of their way to sort me out and were really pleasant, too. This is, of course, a great charity to support, but never mind the warm glow - if you want a good bike at a sensible price go to XO first!

Incredible service and a great selection of bikes. I wasn’t sure what I was after but their staff were really helpful and genuinely seemed to want to help get me the right bike for me rather than just selling me anything. Couldn’t be happier with the bike I got. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Went to get a repair, i can say that the staff that work there are very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I dealt with Stef and Nigel, they were very good, friendly and inviting. Nigel did the adjustments/fixes/solved my issue. I would definitely do back!!
