XL Pools provided an exceptional experience. We were apprehensive about choosing the right pool, the design in our garden and the whole install process. From the outset they spent time with us to understand our needs, show us different options and help plan the location of the pool. The whole team are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, always having time to explain and then act. The installation was efficient, and the pool looks stunning. We have been using the pool for a year now and it is surprisingly low maintenance, however if we ever need help, the XL pools team are always available. After sales service is excellent and Chris continues to visit to open, clean and close our pool each season.
