Their Credit control department is a joke! credit control dept and returns dept have no communications in between. They keep chasing payment for items returned and collected by their drivers, no one have answers to questions , they kept putting on hold or asking to contact the next departments- such a time waste .

Do not buy from this company They sell doors that have extremely poor workmanship and won’t last you will end up having to pay twice Customer service is a joke they will find sooooo many ways to put the blame on the customer Avoid at all cost products/doors made by XL JOINERY cheap and unreliable and you will never get them to accept liability for the product failure this will be your fault no matter what happens Save your money don’t support rouge business like this one You have been warned

Where to even start with this company What a shambles they are The doors arrived cracked . Glass squares were not symmetrical in the slightest . Marks all over them Took WEEKS to even get an answer about returning or refunding , staff are absolutely useless to be polite. Making the process hard as possible Finally sent a replacement after chasing them up for god knows how long to only be sent ones that were even worse if that was even possible The delivery driver said he is constantly returning doors back to them and sees them throwing doors sent back on a pile to be shipped out to the next customer Well the doors really so show that is the truth I would avoid at all costs . Don’t waste you’re time or money on these there absolutely awful.
