I had placed a deposit on the after market Audi RS5 rear bumper . I drove all the way from London to Bradford to have the bumper fitted. Cutting short I had arrived the owner Zeehan started to remove my original bumper , he then gets the after market bumper which wasn’t even fully painted as the tow cap hadn’t been paint , so he took the bumper back into workshop to be sprayed while I wait in the freezing cold. When buying this bumper the owner didn’t tell me there would be a colour difference even though he took down my car colour code. As you can now see the paint work has started to crack due to this bodge job. In removing my original bumper they broke one of the fixtures as you can see from the pictures it not sitting flush. I was charged £959 for the bumper and then charged £420 to paint supply and fit . I’ve tried to ask resolve this with them prior to this review and they have fobbed me off telling me to seek legal action . If they had been honest before me making my purchase when I was asking question I wouldn’t of went ahead with the conversion. In do the conversion they try to say the clip was broken when it wasn’t as the original bumper was sitting flush and fine and the car was purchase from an Audi dealer. As you can clearly see there work from the photos . I do not suggest yourselves using this company . I will seek damages for dishonesty and misleading. They took advantage knowing I was from london coming down. I had no choice at the time but to drive back but after taking it to an insurance specialist they advised me this is a cowboy quick fix job and I should seek a refund or take action by. This is to avoid yourselves don’t be a victim like me . If no refund is received I will escalate this matter. Will update shortly

Awful customer service, zero fitting instructions for the kit, or assistance, with a set of clips that you have no idea what to do with as they don't appear to fit on the car or any part of the body kit! Customer service was appalling, 3 days to get emailed back to be told go to the FB groups for my car and ask there as plenty of people with their kit on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU EXPECT AFTERCARE
