Awful company, ordered items that were in stock on 12 March 23, when they didn't arrive as expected I was told they were due a delivery that week. Since then cancelled the order and was told a refund was on its way - no response to calls and emails and still no refund. They do not even deserve 1 star

I wish I had read the reviews before buying through Xenia. Ordered and paid for my purchase but have received nothing and no one has communicated with me despite calling, emailing and using the chat. Dreadful experience and would highly recommend other people go elsewhere. Luckily I used an Amex credit card so they have credited me the purchase price back.
