    Disgraceful joke of a courier 'service'. Much like the experiences of other reviewers, I received a two-hour delivery window, watched the driver pull up 20 mins early and not even bother exiting the vehicle, before I received an email stating "Unfortunately, your delivery has been affected by unexpected circumstances." No customer service (the 'Live' chat on their website never connects, and their telephone number is only for sales), so I have no idea when or if I will ever receive my items.

    Get an email saying they tried to deliver but no one was in and get sent a picture of his seat in his van as proof even tho I was in all day waiting for it. What a joke

    Totally useless! Consignments sat at the delivery depot for 10 days, it took 8 days for customer services to reply to an email asking for an update on delivery. When the driver finally delivered the items he got stroppy because I wouldn't give him the password to my secure WiFi - his phone couldn't connect to 4g despite the mast being half a mile away and visible from his location. There are lots of other couriers, use one of them.

    Was given a two hour window for my parcel to be delivered so rearranged my day to ensure I was home. Received a message to say I was next, then 2 minutes later another message to say my parcel can't be delivered. No communication as to when it now might arrive. Customer service is non-existent. How do companies like this get business?!

    We watched our driver arrive, we walked to the front door to open it and then he drove off. The tracking then said sorry we missed you! He didn’t even bother to knock or post the card through the door.
