I have been using their services for more than a year for both my vehicles, and the guys in the garage are doing a great job. Most importantly, genuine parts for the Mercedes as I had bad experience with this in other places before. I had an electrical issue, which they have sorted out through the extended warranty, and their approach to the situation was "leave this to us." It is always easy to book and never keep the cars more than necessary. Polite and welcoming as well.

My current review: This is really not a place to go for car related any stuff. The people have a weird rude attitude now, with no compassion to help and the way you get treated is beyond description. Don't want to spend anytime more wasting the problems. JUST AVOID THEM!! My initial review: Got a reference from a friend and spoke to Kumar. I have trouble with my car with engine light on and local garages where happy to fix the issue for almost same as my car cost, yes its an old runner. Kumar got the diagnosis done and advised best possible sustainable solution at a very very reasonable price. I have my car running from last 2 months without any issue. Kumar's assurance on his work is truly amazing and helped me keep my focus on other important things. I am not sure if I will ever go to any other garage ever even though Xclusive is a bit far from my home, I would be happy to do that extra mile every time. Thank you again Kumar.

Service and free mot.Told me i needed discs and pads all round to pass mot. Quoted me a price i told them not to do it as the brakes seemed fine to me, they then knocked the price down by around £50 and i still said no i will leave it for now as i still had 1 month left on my mot. When i went somewhere else for my mot a month later it passed and brakes were fine. Looks like they were drumming up business

Please beware of this garage! Zero stars for the service provided. I had my Range Rover Evoque serviced here and they have completely messed up the audio and electrics. My car was given to them in perfect working order and from the day of return, there has been interference with the audio and bluetooth connections. They denied all responsibility and fobbed me off by saying they didn't go anywhere near the electrics?? They did something to cause the issue! In the end I was told my car merely needed a software update which only Land Rover can do. Land Rover have confirmed no such update is required. Service: General repairs & maintenance
